 I took a black and white portrait of a young girl hula hooping at a recent neighborhood party and masked it into a full spectrum effects shot I took later on in my house in a pitch dark room with one of those rainbow glow necklaces I got at the party. In the room was a three-way mirror to aid to the spectrum's shot effect, and my lens was held open for a good 5 seconds for good exposure for good effect.

Wonderful idea! I'm just not so sure about the greyness of everything, except hula.

Nice, but are you sure you didn't use PS too much here? It is basic editing.

Wow ! Was that in the Hula Hoop or did your daughter brink it out ! I like it ...must have been fun to do too!
