Beautiful shot... Fountain could be a little darker. Some photoshopping would make this a ten!

THe fountain and tower sit at the "rule of thirds" points - this helps the composition. I find the fountain too bright. Simplifying the foreground would also help.

The fountain is very overexposed. I think you should've picked one or the other on this and not tried to do both.

The fountain seems a bit over exposed. I love the lighting on the tower though.

Composition is a little too bottom heavy, busy and crowded. I also think the fountain is too hot and the sky could be darker, but I like the colors.
