interesting photo....I like the angle at which the photo is presented and the crop of it....the rain adds a nice effect caught in the dark......I can't help but notice the car isn't running or moving and I wish the guages were registering some type of movement...I think that would have made the photo have more impact! just my opinion! |

Not going to get too far with less than half a tank of gas! The angle is interesting in an unconventional kinda way. It's certainly bright and the water on the windscreen to blur and abstract whatever was beyond it is interesting too. Everything seems fairly sharp and exposed just fine. It's a good technical shot, but doesnt really do much for me personally. |

Nice, it's very abstract, I know exactly what I'm looking at but my brain still keeps trying to figure it out. Texture of the water plus the dash board creates a mesmerizing effect. This is a hard one to pull off because it's so "everyday" but I think you did it. |

Technical: fits the challenge. Exposure lighting composition focus all very good.
Personal: I took several similar photos shooting out my car windows in the rain for this challenge as well, but trashed them all- couldn't find one interesting enough. I never thought to include the meters! Very cool idea!
My vote: 8

A unique twist on a familiar theme. Every challenge has car gauges entered, and this is one of the better shots. |

Interesting angle, it works. I like the ripple lighting on the dashboard. Is that ice or water on the windshield? |

The tilt works to add interest, though I'm not sure it is useful beyond that. I love the colors and composition. THe rain on the windshield is particularly interesting--and this is where my attention ultimately ends up. |

The angle adds some interest - the water on the windshield blurs the detail and makes the background more pleasing. Not sure if the dashboard has enough interest to be the subject. |

Hey, that's a Toyota, isn't it? Looks like my Camry.
Like the reflections from the rain. It's well exposed. The tilt is a little strong for my taste. |
