Sorry, think the frame was a bad idea. This photo didn't need it. Worse, the colord in the frame area look better with your photo - they look warmer and less harsh.

Good idea, but the frame's gotta go. Also, I think the composition would be stronger with less foreground clutter, cropping somewhere around the lower balcony.

i find the border distracting and not even sure the methods you used are legal? if so I wonder how... I like the shot though.
