 Wow! Thanks for all the comments. I did not expect this to do this well especially after seeing all the other entries. DPCers are so creative and inspirational. I really had fun and felt really good working on this image too.

This is actually a single capture image using mostly advance editing rules. I knew from the start that I wanted to enter something monochromatic. Keeping the image still photographic in nature is also my biggest concern. I wish I could also take credit for this amazing creation but I merely took a photograph and gave it a little treatment here and there. This is a mannequin dressed up like a futuristic female android in one of clothing shops here in Los Angeles. Credit for creativity goes to the designer and their high fashion sense.

Thanks again for all the nice and constructive comments! I cannot be any happier with this red ribbon for this challenge! :) :) :)

Very impressive picture, great lighting, perhaps a little too central? and her head dress looks a bit chopped off.

Interesting idea, but for me, just doesn't give me a strong feeling of sci-fi as it does some high fashion experiment.

Very sci-fi looking. Choice of tones enhances that effect. If this is a photograph you did a hell of an editing job as it looks like a ray-tracing or other computer generated image. Would have more impact if she were offset rather than centered.
