 I had seen this little guy around several weeks before I could get this shot. Evidently his ear was "broken" at birth or it's a birth defect. Either way he/she is cute as a bug.

subject isn't as sharp as i'd hope it would be... he's also kind of lost in the all grass background i understand you can't just post him :-)

What a cutie! I wish the deer weren't so centered, and it seems that there is a bit of noise (possibly from oversharpening??) Nice colors though.

I think a tighter crop with some off the left would have made this better for me. I also find that the fawn and the grass are both light colors so there isn't much contrast to the shot.
