How cool. At first glance I thought it was two different colored stamens but then realized the "red" one had wings.

I'm really drawn to the vein like networking within the petals...balloon flowers are the prettiest periwinkle purple, set off so nice against the green

Bees are so hard to capture and you've done a good job with this. Flower color is just right, and the flower itself appears so graceful with the delicately curled leaves.

Great colors and DOF here! I especially like the way the edges of the petals curl ever so slightly. The bee adds a lot to the composition.
