Nice shot, but the foreground of the boats and dock distract from your theme which is the City at Night. Pretty setting though.

Balance of the light is off a little. The boats are nice, but need a little more exposure.

The city is lovely, and what I really enjoy is the sudden revelation that there are boats in front! That's a nice surprise, so I like how the image works to do it.

It's a good skyline, nice colors, fairly sharp, although I find the yellow lights in the water a little distracting.

I struggled with a similar situation. Nice shot though I feel there could have been more detail in the dock area. Not much for city lights. Nice work.
