This is interesting...I wonder how it would look if the processing wasn't so extreme. Nice job experimenting with it though!

Not sure I like the processing but hey it is cool to be able to experiment. I think this one could grow on me though.

Cross-hatch, interesting. It is fun to feel free to experiment with whatever strikes our fancy.

This challenge is great bc we have the freedom to do try different things! I think the texture you have selected is interesting. I wonder how this would look if you only applied it to the background to make the petals/sepals stand out.

It is fun to have someplace to experiment and get feed back on your results. I like the painterly effect on this. I wonder what it would look like with a little darker background, but then I seem to be partial to dark backgrounds! :)

This is the perfect place to experiment...no DNMC here. You're a quilter? Me too...when I feel like among a million other needlework type of things.

J! Another very cool image! You are also a quilter yes? Seems there is a consensus this would make a nice piece there as well! Yay!

I can't decide if I like the processing or not, but I do like the colors and composition a lot.

Does look like needle work..My guess is it might be a verbena pre-process.

You are having fun:)

I agree! This is my first side challenge. It's a lot more fun than I thought it'd be. I like this effect, it reminds me of needlework. It'd look great as a print on a small rug, too. "D

It is very much about experimenting and thats the best part.
I love the composition and colors. I'm not as fond of the texture. Its a bit overpowering to me. Its good to try things out! Good Job!
