 A view from my workplace, looking roughly north up the Hudson River. That's New Jersey across the river.

All the buildings shown here are relatively new, the tall one on the far right is still under construction. Before these buildings went up I was able to see all the way up to the George Washington Bridge.

Hi, Jon. I don't mind the questions, but I have NO idea about prices. I'm fairly certain these are all residential buildings, though businesses of some kind may be planned for the street level spaces.

Some quite nice design techniques here (thanks for the shot because it shows them off well)

Are those blocks resi or commercial? Any idea of the cost per sq ft (if comm) or price (if resi)

It's amazing how this city just continues to grow. Love how the sky continues in the reflections of the tall shiny building on the right.
