this is pretty cool
the only suggestion i would make would be to take that orange "planet" out.
maybe reduce the large glowys (like that one near that guyrs arm)

At first glance, I thought it was snow. But I like the overall image. It's certainly gone past photography into digital art, but that's fine. Overally, the image works, so long as you don't see the christmas image of snow and fairy lights, because then it's a bit cheesy. :)
It's interesting that the 2 band members gazing at the sun are the 2 without sunglasses on. :)

Wouldn't make a bad cd cover actually, if you cropped it square around the band. |

But that is the sun...lol I have got that comment a couple times. I probably will revise. I guess there is no room of for a dwarf star in the photo. lol. All in good humor I guess.

I'd say this fits well for a britpop kinda band. just don't like the orange ball. |

Only thing I think it needs (besides more cowbell) is to sharpen up the before pic before adding all the effects and don't go too dark. Other than that, I think it works for an album cover or band art of sorts. |

edit: its not the space part you went too far with (thats ok if thats tickles your fanny) i dont like the transition from red to black.
