personaly I would have liked to see the lettle girls face in focus too. Nice colors with the blocks.

I would have opted for the childs face to be in focus and blocks blurry. Good use of the angle.

What would you think about just having the block and the child's hands in the photo. There seems to be too much of the photo out of focus for good balance.

Oh, poor toys! This is the toys point of view I presume. You had use the natual light to do it. I like of this kind of light, but it is more dificult than artificial light. We can notice the overexposed background as result of it. In this cases one simple way to work araound is to shot from other angle. Not straight to that strong light.
