I like the DOF, but possible playing with curves could improve the details of the flower itself. Fabulous yellow!

Nice and simple. A slight rearrangement to avoid the tangency of the lower petal and the stem would be beneficial. It would also be nice to use shadow/highlight to pull some center detail. Some might prefer a smaller f/stop and a sharper stem; I have mixed feelings on that. The overall effect of the image is pleasing and graphic.
