 Only shot of the day again. I'v ebeen so busy with the GTG shots that I almsot forgot. so I took this jsut minutes ago by dark annoying overhead kitchen light so that I'll be caught up. Lets hope tommorrow is better.

The lighting works for me. With the grain, I think it might look really good in black & white too.

Actually, I really like this. Normally, flower shots are bright and colorful and bright and colorful and bright and colorful, etc. :) This has a stark sense of reality with it. The sombre tones work very well I think.

The pink really stand out, I'm not usually one for grain , but it makes it feel like an old-timey photo.

Yes, the noise level is up there, but it behooves the photo!! You did a good job to not have a lot to work with :)

love this for the life and death ..
a beautiful flower blooming, healthy and colourful .. just gorgeous .. the dead and dying flowers have their own beauty ..
