Cool shot, I love the color and the tonal range you captured. i will agree that the centered horizon could be moved down in the frame so less water shows than sky helping the composition a bit. I would also clone out the sensor dust on the center of the frame. Regardless this is still a nice shot.

well captured sky - the water really shimmers, but the almost centered crop of the horizon makes this seem rather static
