 Adam. A group of us went to Lake Tahoe, it was really nice. The water is freezing but crystal clear, so nice it was worth it to freeze. Adam practically killed me doing these big jumps. The second photo was right after his first jump when he climbed back up the rocks.


To answer bdenny's question. I just put him right in front of the sun and then used my on camera flash. Very candid, spur of the moment and I really like how it turned out.

The top photo could be an ad for a resort somewhere. Love the mid-dive, candid feel of it.

:) yay for lake tahoe!!!! im going there this weekend :) its only about an hour from my house! always a good time. anyways, i love the blues in these shots! you may have seen a bunch of bumper stickers that say "Keep Tahoe Blue".... i was driving down the road the other day and i saw one of those bumper stickers and it looked exactly like the other ones but instead it said "Keep A Hoe True" hahhaa i laughed so hard.... hah, here, i found one online.

This is terrific! Nice "diptych" (did I spell that right?). The top half gives it some context, while the bottom is beautifully exposed. Good colors, too. Keep up the good work.

The dive shot is amazing! I thought at first the water was higher & then realized how far down it was...very cool!

Nice action shot of the dive! The water looks beautiful. And the so called candid/snapshot is awesome! I like the crop & he looks very cocky.

another great combination of images .. and thanx for that, coz i've just learned just another excellent thing .. sun, subject in front of sun and FLASH .. !! .. EXCELLENT .. :):) .. it worked sooooo well for you in the pic of adam .. :)

That looks like alot of fun! I really like the combination of the two. And the bottom one is awesome, love the lighting. Did you use a reflector for his face?
