 Franzi. We stopped in Bodie, this famous ghost town on the way from Nevada back to LA. It was really cool but not as old as I thought it would be. The last people were there in the 40s. I'd like to see a ghost town from the 1800s!

I really liked the curve of this particular house and how the curtains looked with Franzi's shirt.

wow, gotta fav this, it's an awesome composition!

i just had a look at that bodie website. it reminded me on all the abandend and desolated farms in iceland. on my travels around the island i actually spend several nights in some of those sometimes really creepy houses.

Bodie is awesome. I wonder when I go there how much of the stuff is really 'as it was left' and how much was posed by the conservationists. I haven't been on that side of the Sierras in years; I need to go again.

Good colors in these shots. I like the contrast between young/fresh (model/irises) and old (obviously the buildings).

I think these images are so nice, they could stand alone from each other. But it's really nice to see the contrasting images together as well.

good parallelism the way the girl and the house curve away from each other. I'd probably prefer it in black and white. Fewer distractions from the curves that way.
