 Self-explanatory subject ;-) Macro, needless to say, with a white piece of paper under the beads. Lit by a light above and lamp on the side with a napkin over it as a diffuser. Manual exposure.

PP - converted from RAW (shifted to blue/green, sharpened), cropped, levels, increased contrast, created second layer and increased gamma on background, merged, resized, sharpened with a bit of noise reduction

Not much is in focus. This could certainly have been the intention, but it shouts "blurry" more than anything else.
