I dunno why it didn't work, its a very cool photo. The only I could think that would have made it better is if you had really got the girls to stand completely straight and in the windows and had everything perfectly symmetrical. Other than that, I have no idea, it fits the challenge well in my eye. I guess great minds think a like :) |

challenge or no challenge I think this really works...it is almost being pushed by the title into a place it doesn't belong, lovely work... |

Creepy if you get the title, otherwise not so much. But I do think most people got the reference. I think a little fill light might have helped fill in their faces (just a tda). Nice capture and a good fit for the challenge. I like the B&W treatment. |

lol maybe it was not scary enough? i love the silhouettes and i think the fact that they are wearing white may give this more of a potential dreamy state instead of the freak out stuff. It's a beautiful photo and well done in black and white. |

Personally I thought this was great and was secretly thankful you decided not to include an elevator vomiting out a river of blood. :) Probably others might have scored it low because they preferred to see more of their faces. |

I think this deserved a lot better. Before I saw the title I instantly thought of the shining and I really liked the shot and it's atmosphere. I gave it an 8 |

amazed this didn't do better. a real failure of cultural and artistic knowledge on the part of the voters, probably. |

SWEET!!! Fantastic image. It sure helps to have a set of twins running around for DPC challenges. Creative and well captured - love the backlighting. |

This is such a cool pic, Deb! You went B&W and everything but the face, I went high color and only the face. :) |
