| love the orange/red glow off the rocks - but the tilted horizon - higher on the left than the right - is a problem for me |

Without reading the title, I knew this was probably Cadillac Mountain. It's quite a view. I've never done sunrise, but have done sunset there. Maybe next time I go back.
Your horizon looks like it's got a slight tilt to it. It could just be perceptual, but it still seems to be there. I have a have a favorite spot to shoot and I get the "perceptual tilt" all the time, even though the cammera is completely level. |
