Good sharpness and colours, but lacking in the 'wow' required for a flower shot to succeed on this site. 5

backrounds a little distracting which is exacerbated by too many highlights and shadows in the petals. Try to shoot on overcast days and begin to use light reflectors (tin foil is a cheap alternative!) to avoid blown out highlights and shadows which lack detail. Also, watch your dof and shoot towards a backround that doesn't lead the eye away from your main area of interest. hope that helps.
