Mixed feelings on the diagonal shadows. In one way it adds to the shot, in another, it makes for too busy. Overall I think it could use a tad more punch in the way of levels, or added brightness/contrast, or as some call it, luminosity. |

I like the lighting, the ant, and the composition. I would have preferred the center have more focus.

I do like how the diagonal lighting contrasts with the water droplets. I think the crop is fine, just maybe boost up a little the colors, brighten it a little? |

I especially like the diagonal shadows from the grass. They add a real energy to this shot. |

Good focus, like the view from the top, love the drops of water and the ant. The crop is possible a bit too tight, which may cause this to look "busy". Probably needs to be brightened, too. |

What great lighting. Normally I don't like a bunch of shadows but this is perfect. love the water drops. And the title is great because not only is the ant visiting the flower but I saw a higher meaning in it as well... We are all just visitors to mothers natures beauty and to capture it in a photograph is to stop the decay of time dead in its tracks and make it immortal. |

I like the overall mood of this. The colors seem a little muddy, however. |

Light slanted to give dramatic shadows. Love the color and mystery. |

hmm, there is alot going on, the dappled light, the droplets, the ant is almost lost in the shadows there. can you bring up the lighting on that one spot? ( I really have no clue about PS)
the flower is quite lovely and that seems almost "beside the point" with so much in the image, the picture (to me) is a bit chaotic, and loses the serenity of the bloom.
that's my 2cents anyway..

I like this shot...with the ant. Great water droplets. Crop seems fine to me. Is there a way to selectively apply saturation? Maybe a touch more saturation in the center of the flower?
