Nice background to compliment the colors.
The background thistle is a plus, just wish it had been a little higher and maybe more behind the main one. That generally prevents two main focal points in an image and keeps ones eyes in the main part. |

| Love thistles and this is a very nice specimen. You did very well getting rid of the spider web. The background is great and so is the pp. |

| Good choice to show much of the plant. The buds have a lovely shape and texture to them and those in bloom are like little pom pons exploding with pink color. |

| Pretty colors; I might try an even tighter crop to show off the one that's having a bad hair day. |
