The limited tone pallette detracts from the interest of this photo for me. I'd prefer more shading and interesting lighting effects on the object and the background. It does emphasise the clean perspective this way though.

Love it idea, the photo is also good but I would like to see a "blacker" black, good luck!

Really weird and fun to look at, looks like a piece of digital art.
Awesome illusion. I'm curious as to how you did it.
Lighting must have been hard. You're probably gonna get a lot of haters, but I love it!
