 Didn't have time last night to add a story - this is my son hiding in a field - we went for a hike and part of the trail ran alongside a field (of what, I don't know). Hunter HAD to go walk in it. It was up to his shoulders so he decided to hide. When I called him, all I saw was this little hand - Children of the Corn was the first thing that came to my mind too!

So not the best shot of the day technically, but my favorite by far!

Great story and fun picture. Photography should be about more than technique, so I'm sure you made the right choice.

This field is beggin to be used for a few more photos. Possibly a fashion shoot on a windy day with a flowing scarf. Maybe something a bit creepier...ala Children of the Corn. This is pretty creepy itself though. His hand looks way larger than I would imagine it to be.

OOooh, very cool! I agree that it looks like regular grass & not a field. Very neat!

This scared me. Then it made me laugh. From your crop, it looks like the hand is sticking up in regular grass (seeing how I am not a botanist, or know anything about things that grow, you can take that for what it is worth).

I can tell you that Hunter was bang on going to hide in the field...I'm 44 but still couldnt have resisted it

Ah well, how can I not think of Children of the Corn? And living around lots of fields of many kinds, this in fact, totally freaks me out! LOL... great job.
