I like the title. This is why I don't do a lot of portraits of my family. You have to have cooperative models with patience. I can appreciate why modeling is a career and actually takes some skill. |

the look of distain is nice but, a tighter crop brings that out more and gets rid of the partian car etc. I think a wider open apeture allow you to blur the unattractive background. |

Quite a 'normal' family snapshot though, doesn't seem like much though was put into the natural lighting or the composition, as the kid is plonked in the centre of the frame with fairly non inspiring background. |

cute idea with the glasses but the background is really distracting. |

A tighter crop could have enhanced the glasses and eliminated the car in the upper back. I like the way his glasses, shirt and grass all compliment eachother. |
