I really like the contrast between the subject's skin and the straw. There are a couple of technical issues (the blown highlights, the over-shadowed eyes), but overall I think this is an excellent photo.

If you'd have nailed the focus on this eyes i would of given it a couple of points higher, but that one thing is just out.

There is something really likeable about this portrait. The focus seems a bit off and the whole thing seems really orange but it is engaging. I wonder what it is framing the photo?
