First Impression - the most important one:
needs stronger colours... you can see the paper folds very clearly, but creative all the same.
Composition:
I actually really like the composition of this picture. I like how its all layed out.
Subject:
I also like the subject of the picture; I think it was a great choice.
Technical (Colour, focus, and light):
Here is where you lose most of the points; the focus needs to be sharper on the tomatoe. The colours need to be pouched up, and the lights dulled down. The lights really wash this picture out, they kill the colour. you need to try softer lighting, and try and create some nice strong shadows.
Artistic:
Here also is a strong side of the picture. Word of caution, its great to work with what you have, but the paper folds kind of take a lot from the image. Too bad you could clone them out. But next time try taping them from the other side, then they will stick closer together. or use a white bed sheet of other piece of cloth.
To grow its vote?:
Basically the lighting, the colour and the paper folds. Fix those you have a star image!
Summary:
It̢۪s creative, interesting, and nicely composed. Just watch out for those little things that do so much to the picture: Lighting and colour! Keep on coming up with great ideas!

Hey hey not bad for your second entry! You're off to a great start. Hope your having a blast!

Happy shooting, CBoydrun.

I would have prefered for the shot to be in sharp focus throughout.

Lacks sharpness

I'd really like this if the tabasco bottle was not included and the image was cropped closer to the tomato.

Although I like the subdued aspects of this photo, I do think it would look better if the color was a little more pronounced. Otherwise... an excellent shot! (7)

hey very cool. It would have been nice to get a bit more punch in the picture with some colour boost.

I would have voted higher if the colors weren't so pale, and the focus on the tomato was better.

Like the idea, composition. Good!

like the idea! Nice DOF, but a little pale over all, IMO.
The edge of the paper distracts as does the blue frame

very creative! needs a bump in the shadows and in saturation. I like the DOF. blue border doesn't make sense to me.
