One too many USMs maybe, but this is a very good shot. I love the use of the foreground to really give the atmosphere of the place.

I like the detail in the croud...
May I suggest a crop just below where the focus falls off in the dirt?

Nice effect. The modern advertising is a distraction from the overall feel of the shot that you are going for here, but great detail. Might have left a bit more room on the left since the subject was moving in that direction.
