The photo does not convey an extreme emotion for me. It's a very nice photo, but not good for this challenge in my opinion. |

A nice, sharp picture with good colour and contrast, but there's no real emotion conveyed. |

I know you have probably recieved many comments on how this does not meet the challenge. I think it is a good photo and I'm sure he was feeling emotion being secluded with nature and his camera- The only problem is the viewer does not feel it. Hope this helps. |

Wow, beautiful scenery! My only recommendation would be to crop a bit off the top...particularly in this case because the sky is rather dull, I don't feel as though it adds anything to the shot. |

Pretty, and I can identify with the emotion. |

This is a beautiful shot, however, what is extremely emotive about it? Not trying to be difficult, just trying to understand. I'll have to come back after the challenge is over to see if there's any enlightening details. :)
The photo is nicely put together. Well focused and overall composed with the main subject positioned in an engaging manner. You wouldn't have lost anything to crop this some off the top to lose the washed out sky. Actually I think it would improve the photo by eliminating that bright distraction. JMO of course. :)
Good luck in the challenge. |

I covered up a good part of the blown out sky and this seemed to make your shot pop a lot more. Still leaves a good bit of negative space. |

A very calming image but I don't find this personally an extreme emotion. I like the color in the photo from what appears to be a foggy day. a nice Dof field also helps with the seclusion you were trying to exude. |

Nice image, love the tones and detail. This person is more surefooted than me. Helps to have the correct shoes on, though! Beautiful river. |

What's the emotion? "Calm" isn't an extreme feeling, if that's what you're trying to portray. |

*sigh* so many shots in this challenge - IMO - are neither extreme or an emotion...this is one /5 |
