To me, the downfall of your photo would be that it's too bright or over-exposed due to the light source being behind the flower. There's a noise problem too: like you've cropped this from a much larger photo?

A nice flower shot, but kind of ho-hum. Shot straight on and centered. I'd try to look for a more interesting angle and composition.

Simple and pretty. Colors could be a bit richer - looks like maybe either a cloud filter in-camera or some color balance tweaking in post might help bring this one out and add more depth.

Composition is a little bland on this for me. Looks noisey as well. Colors don't seem to pop off the monitor the way flower pictures should. 5.
