Something about her smile and pose looks a little forced in this pose. I also am a little put off by having her hands cut off at the bottom.

needs some noise reduction on the back- and sharpening on the foreground. for the crop: either tigher like the others recommended or wider with the hands beeing in the frame.
otherwise it's well lit and executed :) |

| I agree about the crop and would add that this background is much more effective than the one used in some of the other shots. |
