This is the same shot as the forth one right? I really don't care for this treatment. She's such a lovely young lady and this really takes away from the details that make her so...

Even in high key portraits, there needs to be some level of details that help the eye figure out what it is looking at. In this case, I feel like the bottom right portion of her face is simply missing. And while the rest of it might be just a tad harsh, I think I could accept the rest of it, if it weren't for the missing part of her face. Still, you might try turning it down just a notch or two to see if you can bring enough definition back to win back the viewers.
