 What better symbol of triumph than our Canadian symbol of Good over Evil -- the RCMP, who always get their man. This was taken Sunday night in Fredericton, NB, where the RCMP Musical Ride performed for us. Beautiful evening sun gave this image a magical glow that I love!

LOL! RCMP officers do not hand out parking tickets and also do not wear their red serges in every day duty.

Nice shot, but heavily reliant on the title for a challenge connection. This guy could be taking a break from handing out parking tickets for all you show me here. Victor of what? Is he standing on a fallen foe? Surveying a battlefield? With the addition of some context, this could be a really great entry.

Just a bit too soft for me - did you try sharpening? Beautiful colors and good composition.

Powerful shot, I would pan back slightly to get his elbow in there - but that's just me and my style. Great work!

A couple things here- not crazy about the thick border, really takes away from the subject. Then the tip of the flag or whatever it is hanging above his head along with the other thing sticking up behind his head, adds clutter to the picture.

Nice soft lighting and interesting composition - Find the highlights under his eyes a little distracting though Nice and sharp

I think the border takes away from an otherwise great portrait. Still a 7 though. Cheers.
