I'm standing on a trail about 50' above the river, I wish I could've gotten down lower. The log kinda bugs me but it also leads you up and down the next part of the falls. This part of the river sets right in between Mt.St.Helens and the base of Mt.Adams. It was cloudy and rainy the whole camping trip. No shots of the Mountains.

The exposure time is very good to me, I think it's the tight crop that I don't really care for.

This is a nice photo, the line of the log leads you back to the top of the falls so your vision can then flow back down with the next stream of water. an easy 10.

IMO shame you weren't able to remove the tree, it leads the eye out of the picture. Lovely waterfall shot though. 7

the stick is somewhat of a distraction...nice flow on the falls.
