A very nice soft image with a lovely shallow dof, the leaf looks like velvet.
If I may suggest rather than using a hue/sat layer for B&W conversion try the channel mixer and have a play with the sliders to give a bit more range in the tones. : ) |

I agree, a smidge more contrast might make it better, will play later tonight, may repost.
What you are seeing in the raindrop is actually our pine trees above it. ;)

This is very effective, the faceting on the refracted details is exceptional. |

You achieved your goal. I like the magnification the water gives to the leaf details underneath it.
Just a suggestion, but I'd like to see a little more contrast. |
