 Two years ago, I lost nearly 40 lbs., and then slowly gained it all back. This is a difficult number to look at, knowing I've wrecked all that great progress. Life happened and the diet fell by the wayside. Especially since I went back to school, it's been very hard to find the time to do things properly. Right now, I'm in a good place to recommit. I'm between class sessions. I've finally finished moving. I'm burnt out on takeout. I'm taking advantage of this break to get my life back in order. Today I started over. I ran out and bought this fancy digital scale just for that purpose. Back to square one. Back on the plan.
