| Good depth of field on the Maneki Neko (lucky cat). The focus on the cat figurine and the blurring of the crystal wishing ball really helps it pop out of the black background (very nice choice of background). |

| Not too bad for this challenge. I would only say the focus seems a bit soft. Good luck. |

| Good background - the glass has retained its clarity - figurine has retained its texture but does not seem to satisfy the principles of "painting with light" - either a moving light source or long exposure with repeated illumination from different locations |

| Maybe shouldn't have illuminated the whole figure. If you left a part of it dark then you could see the effect and the fade to black. The marble also seems a little out of focus. |
