 I know its a bit of a shoehorn, but I like the composition. Hope the DNMC voters stay away....

PP was just a light NI pass, sharpen, cropped, hue and sat, cloned out a dust spot in center right, levels, contrast, and another hue & sat pass to deepen the blues, and a shadow / highlight pass.

Nice use of the Rule of Thirds but, for me, this isn't creative at all...it's just a boy fishing.
