Come on over here. You'll be welcomed with open arms. Blur-- Part Deux
Beautiful shot -- makes me wish I had voted in this challenge. |

This, given that I was the voting authority, would have won. It's absolutely stunning! This is what photography is for, telling a story, isolating a subject and giving you an insight into the world of the subject. Fav. |

I've been around long enough now to know that this wasn't going to finish near the top(a real shame there is such a bias)...but, I wanted to let you know I really appreciated and enjoyed this photo! I look forward to seeing more.

This one was my first challenge! I guess i expected a better result, but hey I still need to know more about the generaly admitted style here :)
thanks all for your comments
this pic was shot from a moving bus, in the north of Paris. This city is 99% of my inspiration!
I got many other takes like this one, but it's my prefered, due to the 2 girls, and ... yes : the exploded composition ;)
I'm also glad to achieve such an esthetic blur with a numeric medium |

ARGH. I hate how there's this "rule" of compositions and if you break it, people think it's BAD no matter how BEAUTIFULLY it's done. |

Think that the idea of motion is lacking. Composition could use some work. Think that the use of negative space did not do enough for the image. |

This is just pure visual delight for me and I hardly know why. It's something I feel. It feels good the way a splash of water feels good. You have transcended representation in that way, and yet I see a hundred stories coyly represented here. You get the ribbon rouge.

I like the energy here, and the division into halves of the story. |

beautiful image, I wish that just one of the girls was looking back at the camera to balance it a bit, lot of dead space in LLC
