This is a great shot of nothing. Once in a while you can get away with this. You did it here with the wonderful lines that seem to go all over the place but actually end up leading your eye out of the frame at the top left. This is enough to make this shot work.

Very nice shot.
Great example of a telephoto used for landscape.
The dodging of the foreground trees to the right is quite visible though. |

I like the vantage-point (bird's eye view) & I'm a sucker for cloud shadows over farmland. I almost missed the animals (sheep?). I want to like this better than I do. It seems flat, at least on this monitor. |
