I agree with eug on all counts. The shallower DoF would help a lot. Also, hitting the bride with a flash or reflector would give the photo more punch.

Watch your background and control what you can. Notice the bits of dirt on the ground in front of the planter? Brush them away before the shoot.

Shallower DOF to put the focus on the subject and keep the eye from focusing on the fountain.

Looks like on camera flash by the large shadow to the left of the subjects head.
