this shot is very nice in B & W, I think if it was in color it would not be the same! Plus I love the way you have framed the object. By using half it makes it more interesting.....10 |

One of the best of the week for sure. Good, unusual composition and exposure is perfect. 10 |

Strong compositional balance, good use of DOF, lighting results in a good contrast between foreground and background without causing any loss in detail in the main subject. 8 |

Nice composition and separation from the background. A different time of day may have been helpful, though. A little more shadow in the right places would give you more depth. |

Great shot! Try croping a little more off the left. |

Very nice compostion and b&w tones. Like the light, blurred background against the crispness of your subject. Also, very good detail on your subject. Well Done. |

Nice looking statue, great picture, strong contast. Having it B/W probably makes it stronger than it would be in color. |

I like the composition choice on what probably could have been a pretty boring shot of a statue. |

I like the compositon and the cropping of the photo....also there is enough detail in the subject to carry the muted colors...I like it! |

Very interesting. From the thumbnail, I couldn't tell what the heck this was. I like how you've focused on the horn element; it definitely makes the viewer take in the photo differently. Instead of normally focusing on the face and then outwards, we're brough spiralling to the edge of the image. :) Very nice. |

I like the title and the crop. The background is a bit of a bother to the eye, but it grows on me. Neat shot I like it. Good entry, hope you do well in the challenge. |

Unique framing, appropriately shallow DOF. I like! |

Great contrast and sharp focus. DOF works well too. Perhaps a tighter crop at the bottom? |

This is ABSOLUTELY stunning composition wise. I'm guessing the ram is a sculpture? Extremely well done! I might have cropped a little off the left side, but it's not a big deal... I love this in black and white. My first 10 of the vote. Good luck!
