 Again you get a reprieve from cats :-) This was taken at full zoom with my 70-300mm lens; I was amazed it turned out as clear as it did, as I am not at all a steady shooter! I wouldn't have minded more motion blur on the butterflies, but ah well. I used a lot of NI to smooth things out.

I know this is not the 50 day challenge set but it caught my eye. Beautiful photo! Great contrast of butterfly color against the blue sky.

This is a beautiful composition. Most butterfly photos are shown with the butterflies being huge and in your face. This one focuses on the interesting branches, and the dainty little butterflies add a touch of class and elegance to those beautiful blues and the barren branches.

And it uses the perfect amount of blur!
