| I think the shot is cropped a bit too tight, also, the fact that the vase doesn't appear to be completely upright puts me off. |

| A different lighting could have emphasized the colour of the roses. You could also have tightened up a little on the roses (rather than have the bottom 1/3 of the pic dominated by a pole) |
