Wow, good concept, it is a waste isn't it? Agree with other comments, it seems too washed out. Maybe would have helped to shoot it vertical rather than horizontal. Could have gotten the full flag (heavenward feeling, maybe), lost the other headstone on the right (which distracts). Again, good concept, if this looked great on your computer, I'd check your monitor. Good luck, good shooting and keep trying!!

Seems a bit over exposed, also the headstone on the right of the shot is a bit distracting.

owch! I guess she holding her hands in front of her eyes beacuse of all the blown highlights surrounding her. They hurt my eyes too. (3)

I think sad and a waste of a good life.

This is a good idea, I like the idea of the flag being in color, but the rest of the picture needs to be softened a bit. The grass and tree limbs are too "sharp".

the green that remains distracts from the flag

I understand what you are trying to convey- it just does not come across believeable. What would help is a little more post processing- more color and less washed out. Also, try and not center your subject in your photos- unless there is a really goog reason for it. Hope this helps. no vote just comment
