 I took this at my parents' today; the white background is actually the side of their RV, about fifteen feet away. I thought I might enter the full version of this in the Wings challenge, but then as I was fiddling with it, my husband hurt his hand (getting your finger caught between a sledgehammer and the edge of a piece of sheet metal is generally a bad idea) and we had to zip off to the emergency room for stitches and an X-ray. So this didn't make it into the challenge, which is OK because I am not in the mood for the irritation that ensues when I get a score of 5.2 and one comment.

I have really enjoyed this side challenge, and I'll post in the main thread when I get settled how I'll continue it. Maybe at flickr, maybe in a photoblog. Maybe even here, although I'm about halfway to my 50mb limit and I'm not keen on the uploading or browsing process for DPC portfolios.

Great job on getting the bulging eyes in focus. Hopefully your husband is OK, but you may want suggest he injure himself after rollover!

That colour is as striking as your husband hitting his thumb with a sledge hammer. ;-Þ Amazing specimen.
