Yes, that is the equation for photosynthesis :-)
I am not sure how well this photo will go with the voters. I can see where some may think it is way overprocessed, but in fact it really isn't. That is a leaf, a rather large leaf, I'm not sure of the name of the plants, but they are basically just a big stalk with these big leafs on the end. They really are these colors. Backlit by shooting the leaf directly between the camera and the sun. It is so bright and vivid, and it is a leaf, it immediately makes me think of photosynthesis. I like it, I think it makes a rather cool abstract. We shall see how it goes with the voters.

| Well-composed (the photo; I'd have to ask my daughter to proof the equation). The contrasting colors are harsh to my eye but I suppose that better emphasizes the process. |
