wonderful composition. be careful not to over-dodge the eyes though.. you don't want them to look like they're lit-up themselves! awesome color!

absolutely fantastic and one of the bests in the challenge. looking forward to seeing how you did this. btw kid's tightly held hands against her body contradicts the title "free" spirit.
but still a very strong 10.

Hmm, looks like she's standing in a mound of silly-putty or something. I assume it's motion blur of some sort but I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on here.
