These parrots are so very pretty. This is a male, the females are green. The eclectus eat soft fruit, which makes them a bit of a mess to have around the house, as they will drop it or sling it around when they eat. When they have plenty of fresh fruit and vitamins, their feathers are so flourescent that they almost glow in the dark.
The background qualifies this for a "blur" shot. Very good portrait of a very smart bird. |

| That parrot almost look like he's looking at you, thinking, "Man, how often will she take my photo!?!?!" Love the "expression". |
